Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 days (Monday – Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time) for processing prior to your order being dispatched. Upon shipment, we will email a tracking I.D. A copy of your invoice will be sent with your ring box.
Shipping within Australia
Orders are shipped express with Australia Post. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive. A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post office marked on the card.
Orders are shipped with DHL via standard international registered post. Please allow up to 9 business days (after processing and dispatch) for your order to arrive. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
To return an item:
- Pack your ring box in secure packaging, preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
- Include a copy of your invoice with your ring box.

For peace of mind we suggest purchasing tracking on your returned package as Amonie takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Due to the reduced shipping prices offered on our orders, return shipping charges are not refundable. We do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels.
It can take up to 14 working days for your return package to be received and we’ll send you an email to let you know once it has reached us and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. The initial postage fee (if one applies) will also be refunded.
Item(s) must be received back within 30 days of the date of receiving your order and in the condition in which they were received (unused).
We do not offer exchanges.
