To return an item:
- Pack your ring box in secure packaging, preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
- Include a copy of your invoice with your ring box.
- Send the package to:

It can take up to 14 working days for your return package to be received and we’ll send you an email to let you know once it has reached us and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. The initial postage fee (if one applies) will also be refunded.
Item(s) must be received back within 30 days of the date of receiving your order and in the condition in which they were received (unused).
We can offer an exchange if you are unhappy with your order, however we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items. If you have any concerns with your order please don't hesitate to contact us so we can help resolve any issues.
