Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 days (Monday – Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time) for processing prior to your order being dispatched. Upon shipment, we will email a tracking I.D. A copy of your invoice will be sent with your ring box.
Shipping within Australia
Orders are shipped with Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard shipping and 3 business days for express shipping for your order to arrive. If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post office marked on the card.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post via standard international registered post. Please allow up to 9 business days (after processing and dispatch) for your order to arrive. For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
**Covid-19 Shipping Changes
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, most countries are experiencing delays in their shipping of between 2-4 weeks. Please check with us if you are ordering internationally and we can give you an approximate timeframe based on the latest information from Australia Post. Please be very mindful of extended timeframes and delivery issues caused due to the pandemic when ordering personalised items as these items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
